Since 2025, our Abendsonne apartment has proudly been awarded the 4-star classification according to the DTV. The 38 m² apartment consists of a separate bathroom and a cleverly divided room: Cooking, eating, living and sleeping (queen-size bed) all in one room thanks to a clever layout - small and fine. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, fitted in 2025, with fridge (incl. freezer compartment), hob and dishwasher. Two different coffee machines (filter and capsule machine), toaster and kettle are also included. The dining table seats 3 people comfortably for eating, playing or working. A comfortable double bed provides a restful night's sleep and the high-quality, fold-out sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option. The apartment has a smart TV and fast, free WiFi. The as-new bathroom invites you to relax. A feel-good highlight is the cozy, covered balcony with enchanting evening sun, let your day on Lake Constance end here and enjoy the peace and quiet on the Höri. With its nostalgic and comfortable foldaway beds, it offers plenty of room to move around during the day, as the beds can be quickly and easily removed. The 45 m² apartment consists of a separate bathroom, a checkroom and a further room: Cooking, eating, living and sleeping all in one room thanks to a clever layout. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with fridge (incl. freezer compartment), hob, oven and dishwasher. Two different coffee machines (filter and capsule machine), toaster and kettle are also included. The garden apartment is the family oasis of the Höri Nest holiday apartments and offers space for the whole family. Dogs are also welcome. Enjoy the tranquility of Höri on two spacious balconies with sun loungers and views of the green garden. The 75 m² apartment features 3 rooms: a living room with open kitchen, dining area, and plenty of space (plus 2 possible sleeping spots on the sofa). The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, large fridge with freezer, ample storage, two types of coffee machines (filter and capsule), toaster, and kettle. Up to 6–7 people can comfortably sit at the solid wood dining table. There is a small storage room and a separate guest WC right by the entrance. The large sunny balcony with a cozy lounge for relaxing is accessible from the living room. A small staircase leads to two more rooms: the bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the second balcony with morning sun. The path to the spacious bathroom passes through the third room, which has a quality solid wood bunk bed (2 beds, 90x200 cm). Here you’ll find extra storage, ideal for a baby cot. The bathroom is partially renovated and offers a new bathtub and toilet. The bathtub has a large glass partition, so both bath and shower lovers will feel at home. The lake view apartment is the jewel box of the Höri Nest vacation apartments and offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance. The 36 m² accommodation consists of one room, cleverly divided with a separate checkroom and kitchen, a cozy dining area with corner bench and a comfortable box-spring bed. The apartment has a special charm thanks to the preserved details from the 1960s, such as the wallpaper and the lovingly restored wardrobe. The small but fine kitchen is fully equipped and was newly installed in 2024, here you will find: dishwasher, refrigerator, 2x coffee machines (filter and capsule machine), toaster, kettle and mini oven. The large, separate bathroom with shower has two small windows and can be well ventilated. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi (suitable for video telephony) and a smart TV. The nearest bus stop can be reached via a few steps, Lake Constance (Horn harbor) is 750 m away and the lido in Horn is 950 m away. Bicycle parking is available directly in front of the house on the property. Free public parking is also available directly in front of or below the house.
